Damien Madsen and Austin Johnston Named Exclusive Leasing Advisors for 13 of 15 Buildings in Orlando’s Premier 176-Acre Multi-Building Business Park

ORLANDO, FL, May 25, 2017Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been named exclusive leasing advisor for 13 buildings at SouthPark Center, a master-planned business park that can accommodate up to 2.9 million square feet of Class A office space. SouthPark Center is considered to be one of Florida’s most successful master-planned business parks.

Managing Director of Office Brokerage Services Damien Madsen and Senior Associate Austin Johnston will lease 13 of SouthPark Center’s 15 buildings on behalf of a private institutional investor.

SouthPark Center is a 176-acre office campus developed between 1998 and 2009. Buildings range from one to five stories and feature large floor plates, ample column-free space, state-of-the-art security systems and market-leading parking ratios. Select buildings have newly updated lobbies and restrooms. The park offers lush landscaping, on-site management and leasing, an outdoor eating and meeting pavilion, an on-site Natures Table Café, on-site mobile detailing services, an athletic club with shower and locker facilities, a running trail and weekly food truck service.

SouthPark Center is currently 96 percent leased. Availabilities range from 1,500 square feet to 150,000 square feet.
