The campus also features covered and garage parking.
Corporate Center at the Gardens recently underwent an $8.8 million capital improvement campaign, which included extensive tenant improvements, HVAC upgrades, lobby renovations, common area build-outs, new restrooms, exterior site improvements, signage and a new roof on Building 4200.
