Office Brokerage Team Led by Mark Pateman and Anthony Librizzi has been Named Exclusive Leasing Advisor for Suburban Office Park in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, December 11, 2017Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been named exclusive leasing advisor for Centrepark, a nine-building office portfolio in Palm Beach County totaling 480,000 square feet.

A five-member Cushman & Wakefield leasing team led by Palm Beach County Managing Principal Mark L. Pateman and Managing Director Anthony Librizzi was awarded the assignment by New York-based owner Colonnade Properties, LLC.

Centrepark is an institutional-quality suburban office park comprising a mix of single-story, mid-rise and high-rise office buildings.
