Mercedes Angell and Lauren Coup were Selected to Lease the Two-Building, Class A Office Campus in Clearwater

CLEARWATER, FL, February 28, 2018Cushman & Wakefield has been named exclusive leasing advisor for Bayside Center, a 215,267-square-foot, Class A office campus in Pinellas County.

The Cushman & Wakefield office leasing team of Senior Director Mercedes Angell and Director Lauren Coup were selected to lease the buildings on behalf of owner IP Capital Partners, LLC, which recently acquired the Bayside Center.

Bayside Center is comprised of two mid-rise office buildings and one parking structure. Building I, located at 17755 U.S. Highway 19, is a three-story, 46,505-square-foot office building developed in 1987. Building II, located at 17757 U.S. Highway 19, is a six-story, 168,762-square-foot, ENERGY STAR®-rated office building developed in 1994. An adjacent five-story parking garage with ±710 spaces is easily accessible from both office buildings via covered walkways.

Bayside Center offers a tenant conference room, an on-site cafe, building and pylon signage opportunities and on-site security and maintenance staff.
