The South Florida Industrial Team of Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister Secured Warehouse and Distribution Leases with Custom Service Distribution and Great HealthWorks
DANIA BEACH, FL, May 8, 2018 — Cushman & Wakefield has secured two new warehouse and distribution leases with Custom Service Distribution and Great HealthWorks totaling more than 20,000 square feet at Broward International Commerce Center.
The South Florida Industrial team of Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister negotiated the leases on behalf of Troy, MI-based building owner Broward International Commerce Park, Limited Partnership.
Broward International Commerce Center is a four-building warehouse and distribution campus totaling 251,799 square feet. The buildings were developed between 1996 and 2011 on a 22.3-acre site at 241-349 North Bryan Road in Dania Beach.
The buildings offer visibility from Interstate 95 and immediate access to the interstate via both Griffin Road and Stirling Road. Broward International Commerce Center is also proximate to Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA), the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades and Dania Pointe, a new 100-acre mixed-use project currently under development.

Custom Service Distribution
Custom Service Distribution leased 11,910 square feet at 283 North Bryan Road in Broward International Commerce Center. This space features ±1,700 square feet of office, 24’ clear heights, four dock-high doors, and fire sprinklers.
Custom Service Distribution was founded in 1991 and specializes in receiving, handling, storage and distribution. The Fort Lauderdale-based company is relocating its existing South Florida warehouse and distribution facility from Pembroke Park to Broward International Commerce Center. An August 2018 move-in date is expected.
Great HealthWorks leased 8,858 square feet at 313-321 North Bryan Road in Broward International Commerce Center. This space features office build-out as well as air-conditioned warehouse space, 24-foot clear heights, fire sprinklers and grade-level loading doors.
Great HealthWorks is a leader in the “self-care” industry. The company develops physician-formulated health care supplements and has created an extensive in-house infrastructure to develop, market, distribute and support its products. Great HealthWorks is headquartered on a 12-acre campus in Fort Lauderdale. The company will utilize the space at Broward International Commerce Center as a warehouse and distribution center. A May 2018 move-in date is anticipated.
