The South Florida Industrial Team of Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skyler Stein Negotiated the Sale of the ±35,779-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Building

MIAMI, FL, October 21, 2019 — The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team of Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skyler Stein represented Florida Grand Opera in the sale of Doral Center at 25th, a ±35,779-square-foot mixed-use building in Doral.

An affiliate of Miami-based Imagik International Corp. acquired the asset for $7 million ($196 per square foot). Pedro J. Garcia and Rudford Hamon of Binswanger-Gateway Partnership represented the buyer.

Doral Center at 25th was developed in 1997 on a ±1.7-acre site at 8390 NW 25th Street. The two-story building features 18,068 square feet of office space, 22-foot clear heights, three dock-high doors, one grade-level door and more than 60 parking spaces.

The property is located directly off NW 25th Street at the signalized intersection with NW 84th Avenue, offering excellent main road visibility and easy access to all major trade routes in the Doral submarket.

At the time of sale, the building was owned and fully occupied by Florida Grand Opera, housing it’s administrative, production and artistic functions. Florida Grand Opera will be relocating their operations.

“Doral Center at 25th represents a tremendous opportunity to be located on a main thoroughfare in the dynamic city of Doral,” said Ramoski. “The location is irreplaceable and future uses many.”
